Terms of Use
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Christ D’Rock Film Institute Worldwide website, application forms, screening requests, and related online services. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about the Institute’s films, training, screenings, ministry, and partnership opportunities. Website information may change and does not guarantee admission, event availability, funding, sponsorship, or a particular outcome.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or use our services for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or exploitative purposes.
3. Applications and participation
Submitting a training, screening, or partnership form is an enquiry and does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Programme dates, fees, locations, instructors, formats, and requirements may change. Confirmed participants will receive the applicable programme terms before payment or participation.
4. Minors
A person under 18 may apply or participate only with appropriate parent or guardian knowledge and consent. Additional safeguarding requirements may apply. The Institute may refuse or end participation when necessary for safety or programme integrity.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Institute owns or is authorised to use the website’s text, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, course materials, and film-related content. You may view and share links for personal, church, educational, or ministry awareness, but you may not reproduce, screen, distribute, sell, adapt, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission or an applicable licence.
6. Third-party services and links
Links to YouTube, Tally, Stripe, social platforms, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
We aim to provide accurate, secure, and useful services, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, service interruptions, or reliance on general website information.
8. Suspension and changes
We may restrict access, remove submissions, or suspend services when reasonably necessary for security, safeguarding, legal compliance, or misuse. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
9. Governing principles
These Terms are interpreted under applicable laws relevant to the Institute’s operations and the service concerned. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
