We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, city, age range, training interests and experience, organisation or church details, event information, partnership interests, and messages you send to us. If you make a payment, our payment provider processes your payment details; we do not receive or store your complete card number.

- Review and respond to training applications and enquiries.
- Plan church, school, ministry, and community screenings.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, donations, and receipts.
- Communicate about programmes, events, productions, and opportunities you request or consent to receive.
- Protect our website, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with applicable law.
3. Children and young people
Applicants under 18 must provide parent or guardian contact information. We use a minor’s information only to assess participation, communicate with the parent or guardian, deliver approved activities, and safeguard the young person. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.
4. Service providers
We may use trusted providers such as Tally for forms, Stripe for payments, website hosting and analytics providers, and email services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide.
5. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with authorised staff, facilitators, service providers, or legal authorities when necessary to deliver a requested service, protect people or the Institute, or comply with law. Because we serve an international community, information may be processed in countries other than your own.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, safeguarding, financial records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
