Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Christ D’Rock Film Institute Worldwide (“the Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, forms, training programmes, screening requests, partnership enquiries, and donation services, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, city, age range, training interests and experience, organisation or church details, event information, partnership interests, and messages you send to us. If you make a payment, our payment provider processes your payment details; we do not receive or store your complete card number.

2. How we use information

3. Children and young people

Applicants under 18 must provide parent or guardian contact information. We use a minor’s information only to assess participation, communicate with the parent or guardian, deliver approved activities, and safeguard the young person. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

4. Service providers

We may use trusted providers such as Tally for forms, Stripe for payments, website hosting and analytics providers, and email services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide.

5. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with authorised staff, facilitators, service providers, or legal authorities when necessary to deliver a requested service, protect people or the Institute, or comply with law. Because we serve an international community, information may be processed in countries other than your own.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, safeguarding, financial records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional communications, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website and service providers may use essential cookies and, when activated, analytics technologies to understand site usage and improve services. We will update this policy when material analytics or advertising practices change.
